I never knew any of the words to this, except I would just keep repeating "I hear it's your birthday" and "We're gonna have a good time." Kind of like Karyl singing "It's my little loose tooth" instead of "It's my little deuce coupe (Beach Boys)
Or Jimi Hendrix, "Excuse me while I Kiss the Sky" (real lyric) instead of "Excuse me while I kiss this guy," (misinterpreted gay lyric).
