Beginning at 3:30 AM on Saturday, I'll be in Honduras with about 200 orphans. The Elmhurst CRC Youth Group is heading down for a week of projects, and spending time with these kids.
I believe that some of you know about this place- Al Heerema is the head leader...

This will be the first ever mission trip/project that I go on- I'm really excited. Steph was originally going to go, but as a pregnant mother, she decided to visit her grandma in Florida instead.

I'm so excited for you, Rudi. You will fall in love with the children at the Hogar & the Farm. And they will fall in love with you. Mommy Carmen's humbleness, love & compassion will touch you. I can't wait to hear of your experiences & will watch your site for updates.
We don't sponsor a specific child, but Dam & Pam Gibson have a couple of girls. Dan visits often & knows Alan well. We'll let them know you're going.

we´re having a great time, and yes, karen, the kids are unbelievable. the line of the trip for me seems to be ¨it´s too bad these ninos can´t be cute.¨

Rudi - Grandpa put a set of golf clubs together for you. We will take them to the golf course, or you can stop at our house on Saturday morning.

Rudi - just a reminder... we will be playing at Longwood Golf Course this year. It is located across from Faith Church. We must be there at 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 2. We will go to Mike & Kim's home afterward for supper and prizes.
