Hi, family. We've got a little bit of news for you- our beautiful daughter Sawyer Joy Gesch has come into the world. You can check out the pictures and video above, and find her vital stats below (since aparently, all women want to know this information). Thanks for your prayers during pregnancy, labor, and delivery, and please keep on-a-prayin' for baby and mom. Both are doing great, and dad is very proud of both of his ladies!

You are SOOOOOOO RIGHT!!!!!
Brian and I got to see and hold her yesterday. As for the family pool, several people came very close. Of course, nobody guessed the name.Kristin & Scott nailed the date, but not the gender. Emily, Kim, Kelly, Anna & Kathy were each a day off,but did guess girl. I think the winner is Anna because she got within a day, the correct gender, & nailed the length. We're so thankful for a safe delivery and healthy baby.
I've been checking a lot and am so happy to see pictures!! She is gorgeous! The hair is unbelievable. I love the picture of Stephanie holding Sawyer on her chest. From what I CLEARLY remember - she's loving holding her new baby, but feeling prretty yucky from the "C". I was bummed to hear she had to have one. We'll give you a few weeks before we call to drive up with dinner.
(P.S. - I was hoping you'd choose that name!)
What a beautiful baby! We love the name as well. Looks like you'll be able to do some fun things with her head of hair; something I was never able to do with my kids (either bald, or peach fuzz). We can't wait to meet her. From the pictures, I see a lot of Stephanie in her, but then every once in awhile I remember what Rudi looked like as a baby. Congratulations!!
